Terms Of Entry

1. Purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

2. DAMAGES: PURCHASER is fully responsible for any damages, fines, violations, or any other penalties incurred by Twelve25 resulting from the negligence or intentional act committed by any of purchaser's members, officers, guests, or representatives at Twelve25.

3. INDEMNIFICATION: PURCHASER is responsible for any loss or damage to the property and injury to person(s) attending the purchaser(s) event, to the extent caused by acts or omissions of the PURCHASER, its agents, employees, members, contractors, guests, or invitees. Purchaser agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Twelve25, its owners, officers, employees and agents, successors and assigns from all claims, damages, suits, liabilities, judgments, penalties, losses and expenses that may arise or occur from Purchaser's default under this agreement, the use of the premises, or the violation of federal, state or municipal law by Purchaser, its agents, employees, members, guests, contractors or invitees, except to the extent caused completely by the negligence of Twelve25.
